We are a  group of talented performers providing a memorable musical experience featuring the intimate and thought provoking songs of James Taylor.  In all senses, Fire & Rain performs a live "Tribute Show" devoted to his music

From local clubs and festivals seeking a more mature and casual approach to music, to wineries to private parties, Fire & Rain performs the songs that made James Taylor's career one of the most admired and respected in the music business, now going into his fifth decade as one of the worlds most respected and loved singer songwriters.




In all senses James Taylor launched the sensitive singer-songwriter style that many have imitated, yet no one has successfully matched. From his first recordings in the Beatles Apple studios in 1968 to his breaktrhough single Fire & Rain to his induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, James Taylor's music is loved and played the world over. Many fans remember when they first heard these songs, how it made them feel, and reflect on how this has become a part of their lives.

Just as tribute bands have come to honor Elvis, Frank Sinatra, the Beatles and many others, you can experience the same magic with this tribute show performed live by "Fire & Rain". You'll hear all of the hits, so sit back, relax and enjoy this tapestry of James Taylor's familar songs.




Our show recreates JT's most recent concerts song by song, allowing you to really get the JT experience. We love to hear from the you and hear about your favorite songs and concert experiences - and we look forward to seeing you at our next show!

Fire & Rain is a testimonial to the talent and great music that James Taylor has brought to all of us. As the "voice" and leader of the band, Peter  brings the warmth to the role of James Taylor and recreates all of the greatest hits that you have come to love.

If you missed James Taylor last time he came through town, or if you were never able to attend a concert, this is your chance to "hear" him perform these songs than span the decades.

  • Saw JT & Carole King in St Louis - great concert! Good to see you are carrying on the tradition. Took my boys and my wife and we all loved it. The best was "Close Your Eyes".
